Thermal isolation

JSC “Enerstena” isolate piping, containers and tanks, installs isolation of equipment and technical isolation of machinery (heat isolation, fire isolation, cold isolation); it also installs protective layers (tin plating, covering isolation with PVC membrane or reinforced aluminum foil).

Materials used for installation of technical isolation:

  • Rock-wool or glass-wool matting (reinforced with wire net, covered with paper or aluminum foil);
  • Rock-wool shells (covered with aluminum foil, PVC membrane, or without cover);
  • Rock-wool and glass-wool panels;
  • Cold and anti-condensation isolation (polyethylene shells, pored rubber shells and matting).
 


Materials used in installation of protective layer of isolation:

  • Flat and trimmed tin plate, also tin with “Stucco” surface;
  • Galvanized tin plate;
  • Aluzinc tin plate;
  • Aluminum tin plate;
  • Stainless steel tin plate;
  • Colored tin plate (covered in polyester, painted in PURAL etc.).

Tin-covering products for isolation covering are produced in a modern tin products workshop of JSC “Enerstena”. Tin plate coils are used as raw material; it is cut into sheets of needed length with the help of programmed cutting machine, thus saving time and maximizing precision of products and material output. 
When producing tin covering blanks of profile parts (bends, shifts, T-joints etc.) as well as of container and tank spherical and conical surface isolation we use a programmed universal cutting machine MABI 3000E made by Swiss company MABI AG; this cutting machine not only ensures high quality of tin covering products but also it allows to notably shorten the delivery terms of the said products to the delivery object.
