Designing
A company is authorized to carry out the design, to execute construction work for all or part of the building.
Groups of buildings: residential buildings, non-residential buildings: manufacturing and industrial buildings, warehouses, buildings for agricultural purposes, utility: gas, heating, electricity (up to 10 kV).
The areas of design: site layout (site plan), architectural, construction, water supply and sewage disposal, heat (up to 120 MW) and the provision of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, gasification, electrical, electronic communications (telecommunications), the alarm , fire alarm, process-control and automation, environmental protection, pre-construction and construction organization, estimate cost of construction, economic cost figures.
