Steel compensators (round and rectangular)
The compensators are designed to compensate a particular displacement (axial, horizontal/vertical, or angular). These compensators are selected or manufactured according to the data (necessary for manufacturing of the compensator) provided by the customer. Minimum information that is required to know and to give to the manufacturer is the medium, ambient and medium temperatures, pressure, and direction(s) of displacement. Individual parts of the compensator, at the request of the customer, may be made of stainless or black steel; therefore it can be applied in various fields in the industry: energetics (heating systems, smoke emission channels), food and chemistry industry, and other fields to compensate piping displacements (due to temperature changes, vibrations).
The range of manufactured compensators varies from DN 40 to more than DN 6000 mm, the joint may be welded or flange, the operation (medium) temperatures may range from +20o C to +550o C, pressure up to 25 bars.
HEATCOMP Compensators
These compensators are especially constructed for heating and ventilation systems. The compensators are made with threaded joints, protective surface casing, ranging from DN 15 to 50 mm; Compensator operation (medium) temperature may be up to 250o C, pressure up to 16 bars.
Compensators for heating network systems
Compensators are made with casing, after installation it can be used as insulation. Compensator operation (medium) temperature may be up to 150o C, pressure 10-25 bars.
Compensators used to offset oscillation
Produced in ranges from DN 40 to 300 mm.
Rubber compensators
With flange or muff (threaded) joint. These compensators are made in ranges from DN 20 to DN 3000 mm; its operation (medium) temperature may range from -30o C to +150o C, pressure up to 25 bars.
SANICOMP Compensators
Especially designed for food industry. Compensators are made with stainless steel casing, diameter ranges from DN 50 to 150 mm; operation (medium) temperature may be up to 200o C, pressure up to 25 bars.
Metalized-flexible joints (hoses)
Hoses are produced in ranges from DN 6 to DN 250 mm; its operation (medium) temperature range may vary from -220o C to +650o C, pressure up to 25 bars.
