Deaerators, oil heaters etc.
We offer steam and membrane deaerators. In order to avoid corrosion of piping and boilers it is necessary to remove oxygen and other gasses dissolved in the supplied water. The output of the provided steam deaerators ranges from 1 to 30 m³/h.
The output of membrane deaerators that do not use steam is unlimited.

Smoke-tubes and pipe water heating boilers produce heating water of either up to 110^o C or up to 150^o C temperature. These are fired by natural or liquid gas, oil, diesel or hard fuel. The standard nominal boiler pressure is 6 bars. In the nomenclature, water heating boilers ranging from 100kW to 30MW are provided.

Steam boilers
Unique in their design, reliable and durable steam boilers are provided in output ranges from 100 kg/h to 30 t/h. Nominal pressure ranges from 1 to 100 bars. All pipes of smoke-tube steam boilers are not only welded but even rolled. Cooled back door is projected in the design; hatches for inside inspection are installed. These boilers are provided with full package including level electrodes, scavenging equipment, control panel, and burner. They are designed to be fired with natural or liquid gas, oil, diesel or hard fuel. At the client’s request it is possible to couple these boilers with super-heaters and economizers.

These boilers eliminate the necessity to install a water preparation system. The distribution network of heating agent has low pressure, which makes the whole system cheaper and simpler. There is no danger to freeze the piping under negative temperatures. Thermo-oil boilers of output ranges from 100kW to 30MW are provided. These boilers are fired with natural and liquid gas, oil, diesel or hard fuel.
