Level electrodes
These devices are intended to measure water level in steam boilers, power tanks and deaerators as well as to operate the control devices. Level electrodes may directly control pumps, electric gear valves and transmit 4-20 mA signal to control panel. The nomenclature consists of: minimal level, high level and adjustable level electrodes with separate outlet for signal.
Controllers
Controllers intended to operate steam or water heating boilers as well as the controllers that are installed in the electric gear of the valve are TempTrol-made. Cascade control equipment is intended to operate up to 10 boilers. We offer Siemens, DeDietrich, Philips and other controllers. Specific controllers are designed to control level electrodes, salinity electrodes as well as for monitoring of condensate quality.
Scavenging equipment
We offer constant and periodic boiler scavenging equipment designed for steam boilers ranging from 0.5 t/h up to 1000 t/h. The periodic scavenging valves are known for quick operation which means no energy losses; these valves can be with integrated timers and combined pneumo-hydro gear. Constant scavenging equipment set consists of electrode, special valve with electric gear and a controller. The DN of this equipment ranges from 15 to 50 mm, pressure from 40 to 250 bars.
